Customer experiences designed by innovators like Nike, Apple, and Facebook are difficult to replicate and can be a powerful differentiator for any organization. Learn how they do it by joining SYPartners, a New York strategy consultancy, in partnership with Rotman DesignWorks on November 14th from 6-9pm.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn tools and methods of designing an integrated customer experience. Discover how to systematically think about business by connecting the purpose of the organization with customer needs and experiences. Techniques from this session can be applied to projects and work.

Open to all 2YR and 3YR students. Sara Kalick and Marc Winters from SYPartners will lead the session. Learn more about SYPartners here.

Cost: $15/person covers the cost of materials and a light meal

About the Instructors

Sara Kalick, Managing Strategy Director
In addition to her work leading project teams and providing strategic direction on client engagements, Sara also oversees the growth and development of the strategy team in SYPartners’ New York office. Sara has been with the company for more than seven years, during which time she’s developed a proven track record of combining empathy, curiosity, common sense, and strategic thinking to deliver transformative change. She has worked with executives at Kohl’s, Campbell, Johnson & Johnson, Yahoo!, Swisscom, Planned Parenthood, IBM, and Merck, among others, and holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain.

Marc Winter, Strategy Director
In his role leading client engagements, Marc is responsible for guiding the team to shape the strategy, storytelling, and execution of the work, helping CEOs and their leadership teams during moments of transition to craft a better future for their organization. During his time at SYPartners, he’s collaborated with leadership at IBM, AT&T, Citigroup, Bloomberg, and Brownshoe. Prior to joining SYPartners, he worked as sales manager, story editor and copywriter in the fields of digital media, advertising, film, and publishing. Marc holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain.
