Rotman Leadership Club Workshop
The Rotman Leadership Club (RLC) will be hosting a workshop event on Saturday, January 26th and is extending an invitation to all Rotman students! This will be an interactive workshop run by Tiziana Casciaro, Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Rotman School of Management entitled “Secrets of Effective Change Agents in Entrenched Organizations”.
Description: Change agents who attempt to modify the functioning of their organization rarely succeed, especially when they initiate changes that diverge from institutionalized norms in their professional environment. What makes some change agents more effective than others? We will identify characteristics of change agents enabling them to institute change even in entrenched organizational cultures.
