PRIVACY: The Essay Application Form and Resume will primarily be used by the Competition Administrator at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, to help corroborate the consistency and accuracy of the personal essays submitted. The information in the Essay Application Form and Resume will be kept separate from the Personal Essay during the judging process. Each Personal Essay will be assigned a sequential number to enable a ‘blind review’ by the judges. The online Essay Application and Resume information may also be used for a Rotman research paper after the competition is finalized. Any Essay Application Form, Resume and Essay information used for future research will be stripped of personal details to focus on general trends and findings. The purpose of the Research Paper will to help understand how family and legacy aspirations intersect with the career aspirations of professional women. The information from the Essay Application Form and Resume will reside confidentially within the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and not passed over to TD Bank or any of its affiliates.
