Her focus is on coaching and preparing senior leaders for their next career move.\u00a0 Previously, she worked as a senior Human Resources professional for large organizations: Leadership Development Manager at Manulife Financial; HR Business Partner at Sears Canada; and Head of Human Resources for Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rocca is a certified executive coach, a career strategist, and an experienced facilitator and speaker in the Leadership &amp; Team Development space. She leads the Rotman Leadership 360 assessment process and coaches the Executive MBAs on their personal Leadership Development Plan and the transformational changes they are striving for both professionally and personally. Katie also supports the Leadership Development Program by providing 1:1 coaching on each student&#8217;s individual Leadership Development Plan, using the Rotman developed 360&#8242; Leadership Assessment as a tool to uncover themes and possible avenues for growth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Katie is herself an MBA graduate from Rotman and also has a Master&#8217;s degree in Counselling Psychology. Katie&#8217;s work experience spans over 25 years in a variety of roles, including 10 years in management consulting.
