Appendix VI – Attendance Tracker

Each student club is required to use the Attendance Tracker tool for all events that are held at Rotman.  In order to secure an accurate representation of all club related activities, we require all clubs to use this tool in an effort to manage our funding for the next year.

Step 1:  Sign out the Tracker from the RO reception desk 2 hours prior to your event start time.

Step 2:  Plug in the Attendance Tracker Tool.  Log into Attendance Tracker Tool, to scan in your registrants. Go to the HUB/Student Club Tile/ Club Event Attendance Tracking.

You will find your event title under the Attendance Tracking drop down menu:

Step 3:  Scan student ID card or manually type in Rotman email address, double click the name and the attendee image will come up on the right side.  Whoever signs into the HUB will be the owner of the registration list (you can have multiple trackers).  At the end of your event please forward your completed attendee list to your Club AD no later than 24 hours after the event.
