{"id":207,"date":"2018-06-18T17:27:08","date_gmt":"2018-06-18T17:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/inside.rotman.utoronto.ca\/clubsguide\/?page_id=207"},"modified":"2025-06-19T13:15:45","modified_gmt":"2025-06-19T13:15:45","slug":"collaboration-fund","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inside.rotman.utoronto.ca\/clubsguide\/collaboration-fund\/","title":{"rendered":"Collaboration Fund"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www-2.rotman.utoronto.ca\/RSurvey\/Survey.aspx?s=7232&amp;rlogin=true\"><strong>Collaboration Fund link<\/strong><\/a> (this link is live from Sept 1 &#8211; March 30).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\">The Office of Student Engagement with our colleagues in the Recruitment &amp; Admissions office, Career Services, Alumni Office, Equity and Diversity &amp; Inclusion Office as well as the Graduate Business Council all contribute to the Collaboration Fund to ensure all clubs have the opportunity to secure additional funding in an effort to host collaborative events which will benefit all students.\u00a0 We encourage clubs to collaborate to prevent repeat events (resume reviews\/competitions) and to reduce the overall total number of events each year.\u00a0 We require the primary club to submit an application for collaboration funding.\u00a0 Clubs can submit the collaboration application in advance of the event. However, only after approval should you submit all expense reimbursement forms, original receipts and credit card statements (if credit cards are used) and submitted within 30 days of the event <\/span>to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ose@rotman.utoronto.ca\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">ose@rotman.utoronto.ca<\/a>, cc\u2019ing the Assistant Director responsible for the club<span style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\"> and before the processing deadlines for the end of the fiscal year (by March 30) <\/span>whichever is sooner<span style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\">. Processing usually takes\u00a0<\/span>three (3)\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\">weeks. Reimbursements beyond the required timelines may not be possible since all expenses must be reimbursed within the same fiscal year,\u00a0<\/span>and subject to the availability of funds<span style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\">.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Collaboration Fund link (this link is live from Sept 1 &#8211; March 30).
