Bringing the Art of Strategy to Innovation

GBC-Banner_strategy

Why do so many new innovations fail? Often times, companies are unprepared to support new ideas because of the existing choices they’ve made. Using strategy to connect new innovations to the organization provides a powerful opportunity to win with customers and against the competition.

Join Rotman DesignWorks on January 22nd from 6-9pm to learn how strategy connects with innovation using Roger Martin’s ‘Playing to Win’ approach. Discover the power of design through the lens of strategy and gain hands-on experience of using the ‘Playing to Win’ framework.
