Rotman DesignWorks, in partnership with leading innovation and design firms, presents the Sandbox Series Skills workshops. This is your chance to build core innovation skills and develop your creative problem solving toolkit. Led by experienced practitioners, these 3-hour sessions are focused on embedding innovation into everyday practice.

Led by strategy innovation firm SYPartners, the methods taught here can advance your thinking in your teams and on the job.

People First: Empathy & Need Finding Workshop with P&G’s Holly O’Driscoll
Fri, Oct 23, 6-9 pm
Learn how to put customers at the heart of innovation. Discover simple ways to gain empathy for your customer and develop insights into what they need. Led by Holly O’Driscoll, North America Design Thinking Leader for Procter & Gamble, the methods taught here will help you identify new innovation opportunities.

Bridging the Gap: Ideas to Insights Workshop with Bridgeable CEO’s Chris Ferguson
Thu, Oct 29, 6-9 pm
Learn how to bridge the gap between customer insights and actionable designs. Discover a rigorous and systematic approach to designing value-generating products and services. Toronto based research and design firm, Bridgeable will lead this session.
