The GBC Constitution<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The\u00a0Graduate Business Council (GBC)<\/strong>\u00a0is the student elected group representing all students enrolled in\u00a0the master\u2019s programs at Rotman. Download the Graduate Business Council’s Constitution: GBC Constitution<\/a><\/strong><\/p>

The GBC shall operate as an independent<\/u> entity within<\/u> the University of Toronto (“University”) and shall be subject to the values and policies thereof.\u00a0In the event of a contradiction between University policies and the GBC Constitution, the relevant GBC Constitution provisions\u00a0that are inconsistent with the provisions of the University\u2019s policies are, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect (See Article IX, Section 1 of this Constitution).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This includes Full-Time MBA, Morning and Evening MBA, Master of Finance, Master of Financial Risk Management, and Master of Management Analytics programs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GBC receives most of its funding from the University of Toronto Head Grant (~108k), and from the Graduate Student Union Grant (~15k), with both grants being ultimately sourced from student tuition. Thus, GBC funding is the property of the Rotman master\u2019s student body, which the GBC administers on its behalf.
