The program is a part of the Rotman experience that develops school spirit and camaraderie. It should break down barriers between 1st and 2nd year students while creating a network that spans the entire student body.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans, sans-serif\">Unique events for the buddy program will create a shared experience for students and create feelings of tradition between different cohorts. As an upper-year, you\u2019ll make a great connection with your buddy, participate in the buddy events and encourage a healthy Rotman spirit!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans, sans-serif\">Everyone should participate and help make the 2014-2015 year the best that the program has ever had.
