Prof. Kelly Murumets<\/strong><\/div>\n

Throughout her career, Kelly Murumets has inspired employees and advised leaders from Canada, United States, South America and Europe on how to develop focused strategies and realize results within their organizations. She is particularly expert at galvanizing disparate stakeholders with differing sets of objectives, helping them to identify commonality, and inspiring and motivating them to move in one direction.<\/p>\n

Kelly was the President & CEO of Tennis Canada from early 2014 to the end of 2016. She joined Tennis Canada after serving for seven years as President & CEO of ParticipACTION, the national voice of physical activity and sport participation in Canada. Prior to her role with ParticipACTION, Kelly was president of Acceris Communications, a then publicly traded US telecommunications company, where she oversaw the integration of four bankrupt \/ nearly bankrupt companies into one thriving organization that, in 2004, ranked 7th in Deloitte\u2019s Technology Fast 50 Program.<\/p>\n

Dr. John O\u2019Dwyer<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n

John O’Dwyer is an Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.  Since 2002 he has been teaching in Rotman’s Executive Education programs, as well as GettingItDone\u00ae, a final-year MBA elective course.<\/p>\n

Over the past thirty years, John’s professional career has spanned financial, human resource, and operational management areas.  He has held a variety of management positions including President, CEO, and business owner.<\/p>\n

John is currently a partner with Strategic Advisory International, a management consulting firm that focuses on providing client organizations with management tools that enable them to transform their winning strategies into genuine results.<\/p>\n

In his role as partner, John works with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 corporations to smaller entrepreneurial and high-tech organizations, where he is a trusted advisor and execution specialist.<\/p>\n
