Timing varies by path, but the general shape holds year to year:

Fall:<\/strong> Consulting recruiting moves earliest, with networking, applications, and case prep starting in the first term.

Winter:<\/strong> Pharma, healthcare corporate, and rotational programs run their main cycles.

Spring and ongoing:<\/strong> Digital health, startups, and smaller employers hire on a rolling basis; networking matters most here.

Exact dates shift every year and by firm, so don't rely on this page for them. Rotman's Career Services team publishes official recruiting dates each year, including when resume books open and firm sessions are scheduled.
