Beatrix Dart<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

She is Professor of Strategy at the Rotman School of Management and was previously the Associate Dean, Executive Degree Programs. She joined the Rotman School of Management in 2000 following a successful career with McKinsey & Co. In the public realm, she currently serves on advisory committees for ministries, co-chaired Canada\u2019s first women-only trade mission to Japan, and is on the advisory board for UN Women in Canada. Additionally, she serves as a corporate director at EllisDon, one of Canada\u2019s largest construction companies, and on a number of non-profit boards. Since 2008, Dr. Dart is the Executive Director Rotman\u2019s Initiative for Women in Business, focusing on advancing women in management, for which she won the TIAW Global Award in 2010. She was also named \u201cTop 25 Women of Influence\u201d in 2013, and \u201cWXN Canada\u2019s Most Powerful Women: Top 100\u201d in 2016. Further accomplishments include being a founding member and country lead of The 30% Club Canada, and co-chairing the Canadian Gender and Good Governance Alliance, which she initiated in 2017.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Dan Richards<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

 He brings 30 years of hands-on management experience in Canada\u2019s financial industry. During that time he built and sold two significant startups and was subsequently recruited to be CEO of a mid-sized public company, where he led a turnaround and sale. Dan is a longtime member of Rotman\u2019s marketing faculty, where student evaluations of his courses have led to numerous awards for Excellence in Teaching. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and today serves on the boards of five not for profit organizations, three that work in Toronto and two that are changing lives in Africa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Irene Yeung <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

She is recently retired after 30 years+ in the technology consulting industry. As the co-founder of a successful technology consulting firm, she played a pivotal role in its growth and eventual acquisition in 2020. Throughout her career, Irene has been engaged in multi-faceted roles in various business intelligence, AI\/ML and digital transformation engagements, offering a wealth of experience in data strategy, executive stakeholder alignment, program and product management.  She also designed and delivered analytical applications across major retail, consumer packaged goods, and financial services organizations in North America.  Irene\u2019s consulting engagements have been directed at helping organizations navigate the complexities of the digital landscape. Her focus has always been on ensuring alignment of digital strategies with customers\u2019 business vision and mission to drive high-value outcomes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Katherine Magee<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

She is the principal of The Magee Resource Group Inc., a consultancy founded in 2006 focused on helping organizations and individuals turn ideas into results through strategy planning, training and facilitation services. Katherine launched www.greenpolis.ca<\/a> in 2007, dedicated to helping busy Canadian live a greener life, which was subsequently sold to WM Organic Growth. Prior to launching The Magee Resource Group, Katherine was VP, Marketing at Franklin Templeton Investments where she was responsible for national marketing. Katherine has also been a sessional lecturer at Rotman since 2010 and was an Impact consultant from 1999 \u2013 2000.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Ned Welch <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

He is an Adjunct Professor and Executive in Residence at Rotman and an expert in using insights from behavioral economics and consumer psychology to help companies make better decisions. Before joining Rotman, Ned held Senior Design Director and Senior Expert roles at McKinsey & Co.\u2019s Marketing Practice and at McKinsey Design, where he led clients and consulting teams on topics related to insight-driven product development, innovation, product and pricing optimization, and customer strategy. Ned holds MS and PhD degrees in Behavioral Decision Theory from Carnegie Mellon University.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Rick Morris<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

He is currently a Director of Acquisitions for Canada BrokerLink (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation, \u201cIFC\u201d). In this role, Rick is responsible for managing the acquisition and integration of property and casualty insurance brokerages across.  Rick has been with IFC and its subsidiaries since 2008 and has also worked in business development, direct-to-consumer distribution, commercial underwriting management and broker finance (loans to and minority equity interests in property & casualty insurance brokers). Prior to joining IFC, Rick spent six and a half years with BMO Financial Group in Toronto, primarily in the areas of corporate strategy and corporate finance. Rick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and obtained his MBA at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management (2001), where he was also a member of Impact Consulting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Robert Rutledge  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

He is an Executive in Residence at Rotman and has been leading Adessa Partners\u2019 Executive Coaching practice since 2011. He is also a Rotman MBA \u201991 graduate and Impact alumnus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Adessa Partners (https:\/\/adessapartners.com\/<\/a>), Rob served in Executive Leadership roles with Emergis (now Telus Health), Thomas Cook Group, and Manulife Financial.  This corporate experience is complemented with entrepreneurial ventures as Head of Marketing for the Silicon Valley based venture backed start up mPower Financial (now Morningstar), Co-Founder of Boost Motor Group (automotive software), and CEO of Benecaid (Profit 100\u2019s fastest growing private companies and now part of Green Shield of Canada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rob\u2019s early career encompassed analyst and business development roles with Prudential Insurance, Mercer consulting, and post MBA work with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is active in the community supporting United Way, Big Brothers, Salvation Army, Holiday Helpers, and the Yonge Street Mission.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Shraddha Shrivastava<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

Shraddha is a Senior Consultant with EY’s People Consulting team. In the past, she has worked in consulting and non-consulting roles with several firms including Accenture and Deloitte. Her expertise spans across industries like Aerospace and Defence, CPG, Healthcare, Not-for-profits, Public Sector and Technology and across functions like human capital, market entry, business growth, strategic planning and management. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with the Honors Program, and holds an MBA from Rotman School of Management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
