Anureet Kaur Mann, President
<\/strong>Anureet completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Before joining Rotman, Anureet worked as a Consultant at Dalberg Advisors, a global strategy consulting firm working exclusively in the social impact space, for 4 years, and was based out of their New Delhi office. This summer, Anureet joined Bain & Company as a Summer Associate.<\/span>

What I wish I had known at the beginning of first year:\u00a0<\/strong>Focus on what you can control and tune out the noise. There will always be a lot happening around you, but it\u2019s important to understand what matters to you and what sparks your interest.<\/h4>\n

<\/strong>Michael completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Physiology specialization from McMaster University. Before Rotman, Michael worked as a Manager, Operations and Analytics at GreenShield in their Pharmacy division. This summer, Michael joined Bain & Company as a Summer Associate.
Things I can talk about all day:<\/strong> Food (restaurants\/cooking), sports (especially hockey, golf, and football), and fitness.

What I wish I knew at the beginning of first year: <\/strong>There is so much to learn and do that it can be overwhelming at times, which is completely normal. Be as organized as possible so you can take advantage of all the opportunities coming your way while also taking a step back to reflect on what you’ve learned and where you want to focus your time\/energy next!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Harsimar Kaur, VP Recruitment
<\/strong>Harsimar completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from University of Delhi (SRCC). Before Rotman, she worked in healthcare consulting at ZS Associates. This summer, Harsimar joined Accenture as a Summer Senior Strategy Consultant.

<\/strong>Mohammed completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering in India. Prior to Rotman, he worked with several startups in India in business strategy and program management roles. This summer, Mohammed joined FedEx as an MBA Intern on their Global Insights team.

He went on to work in various engineering and supply chain roles before pursuing an MBA at Rotman. This summer,\u00a0Mark<\/span>\u00a0worked as a Summer Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

<\/strong>Soumik comp<\/span>leted a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) from York University. Before joining Rotman, Soumik worked for over four years at the cusp of healthcare and life sciences. His most recent experience was at Certara, where he focused on commercial strategy and pricing work and led drug development and launch initiatives. This summer, he is interning with Impact Consulting Group, delivering strategy and marketing projects across industries.

Mihika Bhaumik, VP Industry Relations
<\/strong>Mihika holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology from Ashoka University, India. Before Rotman, Mihika worked in the Human Capital space, across projects in talent strategy, change management, and organizational design. She enjoyed partnering with business leaders to solve people-centric challenges and drive impactful transformation. Her experiences sparked a deeper curiosity for solving complex organizational problems, which she is now channelling through consulting. Mihika is currently interning as a Principal at Impact Consulting Group. Long-term, she aspires to work at the intersection of strategy and execution to help organizations navigate change and grow sustainably.

What I wished I had known at the beginning of first year<\/b>: It\u2019s easy to get caught up in what everyone else around you is doing but just because a lot of people are doing something does not automatically make it the right path for you. Take the time to get clear on what you want to achieve and accomplish as an individual, tune out the noise. Take advantage of the opportunities offered but don\u2019t overextend yourself! It can be easy to get sucked into the MBA bubble and forget that there is a world outside of it so do your best to schedule time to step outside of the bubble and do things that are fun for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
