Sophie Duncan, Vice President Careers/Diversity & Inclusion Representative

Sophie is particularly interested in food justice, sustainable food systems, and rural economic development. She has experience in not-for-profits, social enterprise, and research in these areas. This past summer, Sophie worked as a consulting lead with Behavioral Economics in Action at Rotman, where she researched the role of Canada’s Food Guide in the food system. She is passionate about the need to incorporate social justice and sustainability into all organizations.
