Naveli Singh

President

Naveli Singh is a marketing professional with experience in Marketing, Digital Transformation, Business Enablement, and Customer Services across India and the United Arab Emirates. She has worked in the Oil and Gas industry in India, where she led multi-channel brand strategies, driving significant sales growth and retail network expansion. In Dubai, while working in the Insurance sector, she developed digital marketing campaigns, advanced digital sales, and optimized user engagement. Recently, Naveli interned at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Toronto, focusing on scaling omnichannel capabilities and digital strategy for go-to-market planning. Currently pursuing her MBA at the Rotman School of Management, Naveli is a Forte MBA Ambassador committed to advancing women in business and also serves as a Rotman Graduate Ambassador. Outside of her professional pursuits, Naveli loves trying new adventure sports and enjoys watching Formula 1 racing.

Ritika Bajpai

VP Strategic Partnerships

Ritika graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Economics and Psychology. Prior to the MBA, she has explored various industries, including CPG, Luxury and EdTech with a focus in marketing, branding and consumer behavior. She enjoys spirited debates, exploring new foods and watching crime thrillers.

Momoko Ishida

VP Communications

Momoko has four years of experience supporting global tech companies with PR and marketing initiatives. She is experienced in working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, from C-level executives to seasoned reporters. Momoko holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and a graduate certificate in business communications from Harvard Extension School. Makeup is her creative outlet, and she enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and visiting museums.

Erin Gulyas

Director Careers

Erin Gulyas is a storyteller with 13 years of experience in advertising and marketing. She holds a B.Sc. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Graduate Diploma in Advertising Creativity from Auckland University of Technology. Erin has worked as a copywriter in New Zealand and the U.S., most recently as Senior Manager of Content and Communications at Blue Shield of California. Jui-Ling (Vickie) Li

VP Careers

Vickie Li holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from National Taiwan University. Following her studies, she gained extensive experience in advertising, project management, and social listening data analytics, working with top brands such as Corona, Oatly, and McDonald’s to develop strategic marketing initiatives and create impactful social media campaigns in Taiwan. Currently interning in the CPG tobacco industry, Vickie leverages her expertise in strategic marketing and problem-solving experience to develop digital acquisition ideas. She is passionate about crafting data-driven, creative solutions that drive business growth and enhance consumer engagement.

Divya Sampath Kumar

Divya brings a vibrant mix of startup energy and strategic expertise. With a knack for scaling early-stage companies, she has led teams to exceed revenue targets and pioneered initiatives that set new industry standards in diversity and inclusion. At a leading health benefits startup in India, she played a key role in introducing inclusive policies that redefined industry norms, making workplaces more equitable. Her experience spans driving revenue growth, securing strategic partnerships, and now, diving into the world of venture capital with her internship at a fintech-focused VC firm. Divya is passionate about helping her fellow RAMS navigate their careers with the same determination that she is charting hers.

Shih-Han (Hanna) Huang

Hanna Huang is an experienced project manager with a strong background in sales and client relations. She has successfully led teams and managed key projects in technology industries. Known for her ability to drive results, Hanna has negotiated significant deals, improved operational efficiency, and built strong partnerships with stakeholders and she is also skilled in leveraging technology to enhance business processes. As an animal lover, she enjoys spending time with her bunny in her spare time.

Anahita Arora

Anahita Arora is a tech enthusiast with experience in software development and cloud computing. She has worked with companies like Salesforce and Amazon Web Services, focusing on customer-centric solutions. Most recently, she was part of the Payments Technology team at CIBC, where she explored how Generative AI could optimize processes. Currently pursuing her MBA at the Rotman School of Management, Anahita is passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and has a love for singing.
