Background

Jalaj has 7 years of experience as an Engineering Consultant in the Oil and Gas industry with a focus on project management, client engagement, and operations consulting. He has worked with clients across the globe and assisted them with addressing challenges in the oil and gas industry such as operations optimization, debottlenecking studies, and digitization of assets among others. At Rotman, he’s been developing his acumen and skills in business transformation, financial analysis and valuations, organizational alignment, and the role of business analytics in driving operational improvement. 
 
Jalaj is interning with the Impact Consulting Group and focusing on a wide array of industries such as Telecom, Healthcare, F&B, and assisting clients with business and operational initiatives. Outside of work, Jalaj is developing his coding skills through personal projects and case competitions.
