- Kelly Murumets, as the CEO of a US publicly traded telecom company, ParticipACTION, and Tennis Canada, has been GettingItDone in the private and not-for-profit sectors for over 30 years.
- DocJohn and Kelly have worked together in various capacities for more than 25 years. They are a powerhouse combo of experiences, skills, knowledge, stories, and enthusiasm; plus, they are fun😊
Target Audience
GettingItDone provides participants with a Comprehensive Management System, complete with over 20 proven Leadership/Management Effectiveness Tools, used for developing a winning strategy, getting organizational alignment to that strategy, deploying that strategy, and then consistently and continuously improving.
This course is designed for anyone who plays or plans to play a Leadership role and who wishes to achieve results through improved personal, team, and organizational effectiveness. This course is designed for anyone who plans on Getting It (the right things) Done effectively and without wasting time.

Format
- Delivered over nine days
- January 4th – 13th, 2023
- Wed-Sat & Mon – Fri
- 9:15 am – 12:45 pm plus Teamwork outside of class time (~60 mins daily)
Course Mission
- Participants will get proven tools that will enhance their Personal Effectiveness.
- Participants will get proven tools to increase their Team’s Effectiveness.
- Participants will get proven tools to achieve improved Organizational Results.
- Participants will experience and practice these tools, in teams, during the course.
- Graduates will be more effective Leaders in the real world.
Course Scope
The course provides a Comprehensive Management System that will allow students to execute their vision and bring their dreams to fruition by using well-defined models and proven management tools based on the works of Peter F. Drucker, Bill Reddin, and Roger Martin.
These proven tools, practiced during the course, will enhance students’ leadership & management capacity, improve their personal effectiveness, and enhance their ability to realize team and organizational success.
The course includes sessions with GettingItDone practitioners who will attend and share their real-life GettingItDone experiences with the class.
