Dear Rotman community,
Last week the University shared an update on the return to campus, including details on the new vaccination mandate, which includes mandatory UCheck health check screening each time a community member comes to campus (see memo here Fall planning – Welcome Back). The documentation function in the UCheck portal for upload of vaccination status is now live. All students, faculty, staff, and librarians are required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated in UCheck.
Please note that users of UCheck will be prompted to upload their vaccination document(s), and will not be able to proceed to the health check module until they have completed this step. There will be paper forms available at the main reception desk for those not using the UCheck portal.
Completion of UCheck vaccination upload, and daily health screening, is not optional. It is a requirement for access to the University’s facilities, and the Rotman School. Anyone entering the building without showing their UCheck green status when requested, may have their fob access deactivated.
The Rotman School will conduct entry screening, effective September 7, 2021, for all those entering our premises. The notice of collection for health check screening states that individuals may be required to show a Green Status before entering any University-owned or operated premises. Community members are not to come to campus, or enter the Rotman School, if they have a ‘red’ status with the health check screening.
