Mishika Hannedige (She\/her)<\/a><\/h3>

Mishika is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Rotman School Management and currently serves as President of RENRA. She brings six years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, with roles spanning power distribution and generation at Toronto Hydro and Nova Scotia Power, where she focused on operations, capital projects, and project management. Mishika holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Her passion lies in advancing the clean energy transition and fostering innovation within the energy sector. Zueva (Shuying) Wan (She\/her)<\/h3>

Zueva Wan is a 2026 MBA candidate at the Rotman. Prior to Rotman, Zueva spent five years in investment banking at Morgan Stanley Beijing, where she advanced from Analyst to Associate in the Investment Banking Division. She specialized in cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on Latin America and Asia. Her work spanned deal strategy, due diligence, legal negotiation, and investor communications, and she was recognized for her cross-cultural leadership and project execution under complex conditions.<\/p>

Currently, Zueva is completing her summer internship at Capital Canada in Toronto as an Investment Banking Summer Associate. She is passionate about sustainable finance and energy transition, and is building her post-MBA career at the intersection of corporate development, finance, and clean\u00a0technology.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Derron Yu (He\/him)<\/h3>

Derron is a Master of Finance (MFin) candidate at the Rotman School of Management, where he also serves as VP Operations for the Rotman Energy & Natural Resources Association. He holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Toronto, with a minor in Statistics.<\/p>

Derron brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and sustainability. He spent four years at University Health Network, most recently as a Financial Analyst II managing over 350 research grants and contracts. He recently completed his internship as a Program Assistant at Natural Curiosity, an environmental education initiative, where he supports sustainability programming and leads grant writing efforts for climate and Indigenous education projects.<\/p>

A passionate advocate for sustainable finance, Derron has competed in and judged several case competitions, and continues to explore the intersection of finance, climate risk, and energy innovation through academic and extracurricular\u00a0engagements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Linda is a 2026 MBA candidate. She graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Linda is a licensed professional engineer and has worked in the electricity sector for six years across various engineering roles. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

She embarked on her MBA journey to deepen her grasp of business operations and strategic management in helping the electricity industry navigate the energy transition. Sohail is a 2027 MBA Candidate. With over 15 years of experience at global banks, he has worked across Energy Transition Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Fundraising, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Institution Products, and Treasury Management. His key interests lie in exploring emerging technologies in the climate space, expanding his professional network, and contributing to scalable climate solutions by structuring deals that are both bankable and attractive to private credit and institutional investors.
