Joining Rotman Pride was a natural step for me as an LGBTQ+ person committed to inclusion. Coming out to colleagues for the first time while working in finance was a pivotal moment in my life. I want to pay that forward by helping others feel safe, seen, and supported during their Rotman journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
