The submissions deadline has passed. Thank you to those who have submitted abstracts. We will notify you when your paper has been accepted.
All participants wishing to present at ISOLDE 2017 must prepare an extended abstract (1500 words maximum – about 3 pages, excluding title and references). Submissions in Latex or Word should be made through the submission system according to the following templates (Latex, Word).
Latex style is encouraged; however a Word template is also provided for authors who are unfamiliar with Latex. Whichever format you choose to use, please submit the abstract in the “native” format (.tex or .docx) as well as the .pdf (i.e., compiled) version of the document.
Extended Abstracts should include a brief description of the research problem, the key methodology and assumptions, and a summary of major results and implications. All submitted abstracts will be selected subject to a blind review; authors will be notified whether their paper is selected for the conference by March 15, 2017.
Note: Only one submission per presenting author will be reviewed. Papers accepted by the reviewers will be conditionally accepted until at least one author registers for the conference.
Submission dates are December 15, 2016 – February 28, 2017.
