Stressless @ Rotman

Stressless @ Rotman

Are you feeling stressed? Does your stress seem to be increasing? Can’t stay focused?  Well, we have some tools to help!  Rotman is pleased to provide you with a Stress Less luncheon. We have brought together two experts on stress, Jill Cressy from U of T Health Services and Maja Djikic from our Self-Development Lab, who together will share ways to identify stress, simple stress management techniques, and long-term self-care as many of us get ready for exams and demanding working careers in the future. Come join us for a lifelong learning session and free snacks!

In addition to the luncheon, you will have the opportunity to test out a new innovative stress relief technique: Canine Stress Relief Therapy.  You and a friend will be able to spend 10 minutes with a trained therapy dog complete with wet noses and wagging tails!  Studies show that even in a short period of time, these therapy dogs can decrease your stress for a sustained period. Space is limited – sign up today at [LINK]. If dogs aren’t your thing, don’t worry! They won’t be at the luncheon and you can attend without seeing a therapy dog. But, to book a time to see a therapy dog, you must attend the luncheon.  Bring your own lunch to the luncheon – but snacks will be provided.
