Business Design: Empathy Workshop

empathyAt its heart, empathy is the ability to put yourself in another person’s shoes.

Join Rotman DesignWorks to discover how to look at a problem from a customer’s perspective and why it’s important.  You’ll learn different techniques to ‘put yourself in your customer’s shoes.’  We’ll teach you simple ways to gain empathy for the people that matter to the problem you’re trying to solve in your courses, case competitions or job.

Open to all 2YR and 3YR students.  For those that attended last year, join us as there’s new content this year!

Stefanie Schram, Sr. Research Associate at Rotman DesignWorks, will lead the session.

Date: October 23, 2013

Time: 6-9pm

Location: LL1020

Registration on the RWorld Event Registration site opens tonight, October 15 at 9:30pm! Spots are limited.
