Business Design: Need Finding Workshop

Finding customer’s unmet needs are powerful opportunities for organizations to innovate and grow.  Your ability to find unmet needs and insights can help you identify possible areas to engage in meaningful ways with customers and identify the right frame for brainstorming potential solutions.

Join Rotman DesignWorks to learn how to identify powerful insights for innovation.    Gain first-hand experience with a variety of frameworks and tools that help you generate insight into customer’s unmet needs.

This event is open to all Full-Time and Evening/Morning students.

Stefanie Schram and Alpesh Mistry, Sr. Associates at Rotman DesignWorks, will lead the session.
