The Rotman Asset Management Association and Net Impact are holding a cross-functional panel on Responsible/Impact and Cleantech investing. The objective is to expose the MBA students to the exciting developments taking place in this sphere and explore areas such as:
• What is responsible/impact/cleantech investing and how is it different from traditional investing?
• What are some of the new investment vehicles that are being created within the impact investing field?
• What kind of infrastructure needs to be created to gain credibility with investors? For example, creating benchmarks and methodologies to measure SROI
• What kind of employment opportunities are being created for responsible/impact/cleantech investing, both within traditional industry and newer ventures? What kind of skill sets are needed to work in this area?
The evening will consist of panel discussion and short Q&A from the audience, and will be followed by a networking event with all the attendees.
