Rotman Human Capital Club (HCC) is led by a group of enthusiastic leaders who believe in the importance of Human Capital and its impact on the success of an organization.
The Club aims to provide a platform for students to explore various fields of Human Capital – such as Consulting, Talent Management & Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development – across different industries.
Throughout the year, HCC organizes group coffee chats, company visits and volunteering activities to help its members explore career opportunities through interacting with industry leaders in Human Resources.
