Access to Success at Rotman is a student-run diversity and inclusion initiative launched by the Rotman School of Management.
As MBA students ourselves, we understand this is a stressful time in a person’s life, and mental health and accessibility are sometimes taboo topics. We’re here to help make your experience as smooth as possible and create a safe space for students to discuss these issues. Our primary goal is to raise awareness about mental health and accessibility matters and create a level playing field for students who face challenges during their program by providing a strong network of support and resources. We also welcome allies and will be hosting some events for the Rotman community at large.
Access to Success at Rotman challenges the conventional notion of disability and advocates for the inclusion of all visible and invisible disabilities, including permanent or short-term mobility, hearing, vision, cognition, learning, and psychological, among others.
Access to Success is open to all students and can be free to join. Follow us for more updates, and we hope to see you at our events!
