Access to Success is a student-run diversity and inclusion initiative launched by the Rotman School of Management. Its primary goal is to create a level playing field for students who face accessibility barriers by providing a strong network of support and resources. The initiative strives to foster an environment of active inclusion among students by raising awareness on issues of accessibility. Additionally, Access to Success challenges the conventional notion of disability and advocates for the inclusion of all visible and invisible disabilities including permanent or short-term mobility, hearing, vision, cognition, learning, and psychological among others. Access to Success is open to all students and is free to join. The team will be hosting events throughout the year and we invite all students to participate, be it to raise awareness in this space, benefit from our network and resources or just to start a conversation. We are motivated to change the landscape of disabilities in business schools and we want to hear from you!
