About the Speaker:
Tom Butler became President and CEO of International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) in July 2015. Before joining ICMM, Tom spent 18 years with the International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank Group) in the infrastructure and natural resource teams, with much of that time focused on mining and power projects in Africa. He holds an engineering degree from Cambridge University in the UK, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
