About Us

Our History

The Business Technology Association(formerly known as Business Technology Group) was founded in 2002 to unite Rotman MBA students with an interest in technology. Since then, the club has hosted a variety of successful events, including Rotman Speaker Series events headlined by executives and upper management from major technology companies, networking sessions encouraging interaction between the Rotman community and industry professionals, and numerous resume and skill development sessions for students. The BTA is one of the biggest clubs at Rotman and it continues to grow.
