Shivani Shrotriya
President
Shivani holds a Bachelor of Technology from India and a Master of Science from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She has lived in three countries and brings six years of experience as a Manager in engineering consulting across the US and Canada. Along the way, she managed teams as a people manager, led business development efforts, and directed project teams to deliver business proposals and projects.
For her MBA internship, Shivani worked as a Product Management Associate at CIBC as part of the CIBC’s Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP). On the credit cards team, she shaped strategy spanning acquisition, expansion, and retention for personal credit card product portfolios.
Beyond work, she is passionate about exploring state of the art technologies and turning ideas into functional apps. When she is away from the screen, she enjoys building relationships over coffee, planning her next trip, or swimming laps in the pool.

Anamitra Bose
Executive VP
Anamitra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Toronto as a Joseph L. Rotman scholar.
Before beginning his MBA, he built a nearly decade-long career in the U.S. in Product Management and Technical Program Management leadership roles across Thumbtack, Amazon and Uber. His work has spanned major product launches, large-scale privacy engineering programs, privacy compliance, and AI governance.
This summer, Anamitra joined Microsoft Toronto as a Solutions Engineering Intern, working on the Copilot team. His work focused on helping Microsoft identify how to more effectively sell and scale generative AI across enterprises. Alejandra Villarreal
VP Finance
Alejandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico.
Prior to Rotman, she worked at PepsiCo Mexico as an FP&A Associate Manager, supporting the Executive Committee to make strategic decisions on the Frito-Lay business and ensuring the company met its profitability targets.
For her summer internship, Alejandra rejoined PepsiCo, now as part of the Canadian Revenue Management team, working on pricing and promotional strategies that maximize sales while meeting consumers’ needs. Ask her how the CPG industry is incorporating AI and other data analytics tools into its operations!

Alex Chong Villalobos
VP Operations
Originally from Peru, Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Lima and is currently an MBA candidate at the Rotman School of Management 2027. He began his career as a Business Intelligence Consultant at IBM before joining Nestle, where he advanced from an International Team Leader Auditor based in Sao Paulo, Brazil to a Business Planning Manager. Most recently, he completed a Business and Strategy Summer Internship within International Wealth Management at Scotiabank in Toronto.
Outside of his professional life, he is an enthusiastic cyclist who loves cooking new dishes, completing jigsaw puzzles, and picking up squash. Ask him about his thoughts on consulting and tech strategy, or his latest cycling routes!

Karan Arora
VP Industry Relations
Karan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology in India.
Prior to Rotman, Karan worked at PwC as a Senior Associate, leading digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives for financial services clients across North America and APAC.
For his summer internship, Karan worked as a Special Projects Strategy Consultant at iA Financial Group, partnering with senior leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases and build implementation roadmaps.

Palak Gupta
VP Industry Relations
Palak holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Electronics and Communication.
Prior to Rotman, Palak directed cross-functional delivery teams and managed complex digital transformations, ensuring large-scale enterprise initiatives were executed on time and aligned with core business strategy. She specialized in bridging the gap between non-technical executives and engineering execution, consistently capturing hard operational ROI across highly regulated public sector, telecommunications, and financial environments.
Currently, Palak is driving enterprise AI strategy as an AI Specialist at iA Clarington Investments, and will be joining the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) this Fall as a Project Delivery Specialist within the Climate Centre of Excellence.

Chidi Okafor
VP Industry Relations
Chidi holds a B.Tech. degree in Maritime Technology from FUTO, Nigeria, and an MSc. degree in Business and Management from Aston University, UK. He is a certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Product Manager.
Before Rotman, he led enterprise transformation initiatives across the oil & gas, maritime, energy, and manufacturing industries. Recently, at CIBC, he drove AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes. He also serves as a member of the Product Advisory Board for Obsidi, a platform that connects Tech professionals in the US & Canada. Beyond the classroom, Chidi enjoys building deep connections and creating programs that connect students with the industry and a strong sense of community.

Jerry Wang
VP Marketing
Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Taiwan. Prior to Rotman, he worked at ASUS as a Product Marketing Manager across the Taiwan Headquarters and California offices, managing global branding strategies and North America Go-to-Market execution across hardware and software ecosystems.
For his internship, Jerry joined BorderPass, one of Canada’s fastest-growing startups, as a Marketing and Product Intern, supporting B2B SaaS growth in a fast-paced, agile environment. He enjoys everything tech and marketing; he is also a big dog lover.

Junhee Eam
VP AI Strategy
Junhee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hanyang University in South Korea, having completed global intensive course programs in China and the US.
She spent 5 years at Naver and an AI startup as a Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams to build new types of products leveraging AI/ML.
For her summer internship, Junhee is working as a Product Consultant Co-op at CIBC, building business strategy and personal banking products through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

Momin Daanish
VP Experiential Learning
Momin is a software engineer and part-time MBA candidate at Rotman. He earned a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (it’s not rocket science) at the University of Toronto.
He brings over six years of experience in software, including at Amazon and now Verily, where he leads a team building the scalable infrastructure powering Verily’s health technology platform. He’s interested in seeing how generative AI transforms work and the product development landscape!

Angad Singh
VP Experiential Learning
Angad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He has built a career in Digital Transformation in Oil & Gas, and Data Science Consulting at Accenture Strategy. He recently finished a summer rotation in the Graduate Leadership Development program at CIBC this August!

Omair Rashid
VP Education
Omair has an undergrad in Economics and Politics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Pakistan. Prior to joining Rotman, he worked as a consultant for 4+ years. In his last role at Acasus, Omair supported the Gates Foundation and provincial health departments to improve quality access to healthcare for 150M+ people.
Over the summer, he interned in the Corporate Strategy department at Canada Post, helping drive one of the country’s largest institutional transformations.

Srujan Shivaramu
Director, Operations
Srujan Shiv is a Master of Management candidate at Rotman and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from RVCE, India.
Before Rotman, he worked in product management, strategy, and growth at high-growth tech companies, leading initiatives in customer insights, AI, and growth strategy. He enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, challenging assumptions, building zero-to-one products and strategies, and taking on leadership opportunities.

Fizza Qadir
Director, Marketing
Fizza has a background in data analytics and AI and enjoys exploring how strategy and emerging technologies can shape better business decisions.
Outside of school, she loves traveling, discovering new cafes and restaurants, and experimenting with new recipes. She’s always happy to swap travel recommendations or chat about Toronto’s food scene.

Aditi Nevrekar
Director, Experiential Learning
Aditi completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Management from the University of Toronto.
She has spent three years working in the ERP consulting space at Oracle NetSuite, both as a consultant and delivery manager, leading implementations across NOAM and EMEA markets. Following her MBA at Rotman, she hopes to pivot into strategy consulting, being drawn to the bigger-picture impact and leadership opportunities within this area.
