Toronto, Ontario– The BMO Financial Group Finance Research and Trading Lab at the Rotman School of Management is pleased to announce the winners of the 2025 Rotman Datathon!
After an intense week of data crunching, collaboration, and innovation, the Rotman Datathon 2025 has officially come to a close! The competition, supported by Rotman Recruitment and Admission office and Rotman master’s in management analytics (MMA) and hosted by the BMO Financial Group Finance Research and Trading Lab at the Rotman School of Management, brought together talented students from across the nation. Participants competed in a premier data analytics challenge, tackling real-world problems with cutting-edge tools and techniques.
The winners of the Rotman Datathon are:
- First place: Sam Hossain and Zaheen Mahaey
- Second place: Zachery Chan, Mausam Vadakkayil, Mikael Gouwtama
- Third place: Shazia Aura Fathraya, Venturio Talenta Kusuma, Christian Kevin Sidharta, and Aurelia Tarra Nayla
