About the Lab
The BMO Financial Group Finance Research and Trading Lab (BMO FRT-Lab) at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management exists to provide enriching and innovative initiatives to enhance and add value to student learning journeys. - Host career panels and industry talk events featuring industry professionals to discuss career paths and job market trends.
Event Planning
- Partner with the Lab to organize workshops and seminars on topics relevant to graduate students, such as research methodologies, academic writing, and career development.
- Plan social gatherings, networking events, and cultural activities to build a strong community spirit.
Recognition & Incentives
- Recognize and reward active participation and outstanding contributions with awards and certificates.
