A demonstrated leader with upwards of 10 years of experience, Kiran understands the needs of both small and large businesses alike. Her background as a manager for various multi-national retailers as well as her jump start growing up in a small family-run business helped her develop an expertise in customer-centric design. Some of her most notable projects include the successful navigation of a business through a global pandemic as well as the development of a digital marketing campaign for a leading national clothing retailer. Inspired by her belief that a business can drive positive change for its surrounding community, she’s looking forward to helping her clients solve the most complex problems by leveraging the most practical and effective solutions.

SHRADDHA SHRIVASTAVA

Shraddha has 4 years of experience in the Human Capital Space where she has worked as an HR Generalist as well as a Human Capital Consultant. She has worked in the Technology, Banking and CPG industry.  Notable projects include achieving cost saving of over $350M by identifying redundancies, minimizing team overlap, and uncovering new role opportunities through review and redesign of organizational structure for a banking client and crafting a loyalty reward framework, reducing attrition by 27% and increasing retention by 29% within a quarter. Through these experiences, Shraddha has built dynamic and resilient skill-set and expertise in the human capital space that she can apply across a broad range of business challenges in numerous industries and geographies.

SIMRAN RANA

Simran brings over 3 years of experience in diverse industries. She began her career as a Chemical Engineer, focusing on the commissioning of petrochemical plants, where she honed her skills in project management and stakeholder management. She served in the Indian Navy where she developed strong leadership skills, gaining expertise in combat operations, leading various COVID relief missions, and spearheading the digital transformation of multiple units.

Transitioning to a role as a Management Consultant at PwC, Simran led digital maturity analyses and developed digital strategies for refineries and chemical plants.. She generated revenue opportunities implementing technologies such as Digital Twins, the Internet of Things (IoT), and other AI-based solutions across various functions.

Simran is eager to help businesses leverage recent technologies and grow in changing times, bringing her comprehensive skill set to deliver innovative solutions and drive impactful results.
