Open to: 4th Year Female University Students at the University of Toronto and 2nd year MBA Candidates of both sexes.
After introducing LINKS, an expert panel will disclose how mentorship can affect both the mentor and mentee and share how to get the most out of one’s experience. Following this, potential mentors and mentees will have an opportunity to interact and mentor/mentee groups will be formed. By the end of this event, it is our goal that each mentor will have 2 female mentees and each mentee will have two mentors (one male, one female).
**A second event in February will be open to 3rd year female undergraduate students and 1st year MBA students of both sexes. If this program is of interest, please sign up and a calendar notification with the corresponding date will be sent to you.
