Open to: 3rd Year Female University Students at the University of Toronto and 1st year MBA Candidates of both sexes. After introducing LINKS, an expert panel will disclose how mentorship can affect both the mentor and mentee and share how to get the most out of one’s experience. Following this, potential mentors and mentees will have an opportunity to interact and mentor/mentee groups will be formed. By the end of this event, it is our goal to assemble mentoring groups consisting 2 MBAs and 2 Undergrads.
