The LINKS team is excited to announce that the 2017 LINKS mentor/mentee matches are being made! We will be reaching out to mentees and mentors who have applied to the program over the next couple of weeks so that they can kickoff their mentoring relationship.
At their first meetings, mentors and mentees should take the time to:
- Discuss both of your career and educational backgrounds
- Discuss your goals and objectives for the year in the mentoring program
- Decide on the best forms of communication for scheduling future meetings and staying in touch (e.g. telephone, e-mail)
