Favourite MBA memory: My best memory was during exam season, specifically one of our Term 1 final exams in D-Hall when everyone looked at each other after handing in their papers and had nothing left in them but laughter. I don’t think I had ever felt more connected to our cohort than in that very moment, and it’s been a journey ever since with all the laughter, tears, and everything in between with people I know I will call family as we continue to grow through this experience.
If you could have dinner with any famous person, who would it be? Women CEOs remain underrepresented at just 4.8% of Global 500 companies. I would love to have dinner with Karen Lynch or Jane Fraser to understand their journey and how they got to where they are today – the roadblocks, the successes, their sacrifices, and so much more.

Favourite MBA memory: It has to be the camp! We enjoyed the music and the starry sky and talked and laughed all night by the bonfire.
If you could have dinner with any famous person, who would it be? It would have to be Diane Lockhart from the ‘The Good Fight.’ As a trailblazing female lawyer, she has shattered glass ceilings and paved the way for the next generation while maintaining her grace and authenticity. Her guidance and mentorship would undoubtedly inspire others to strive for greatness and foster a culture of support among women in all industries. Having dinner with Diane must feel like taking a masterclass in shattering expectations while staying true to your core identity.

Favourite MBA memory: The Problem Hunt case competition, organised by BDC. I was very much out of my comfort zone, but at the same time I got introduced to new methodologies and frameworks that I still continue to use. Plus I had a great team!

What are you most looking forward to at Rotman? I’m looking forward to learning more about strategic decision-making and leadership in a business context. The MBA will offer new perspectives on finance and management, which can be very transformative for me with my Industrial Engineering background. I’m also super excited to learn alongside diverse and driven peers from all over the world!

What are you most looking forward to at Rotman? I am most looking forward to my MBA as a way to challenge myself, grow personally and professionally. It’s important to me to set a strong example for my daughter, showing her that continuous learning and pursuing ambitious goals is valuable at any stage of life, I hope it’ll inspire her to aim high as she grows up. Plus, I look forward to meeting amazing people along the way, gaining the knowledge, expertise, and network needed to lay the groundwork for my future entrepreneurial aspirations, while advancing my current career.
