Allyship Training 🤝

Fostering the conversation around effective allyship and training future leaders on advocating for under-represented segments of the workforce.
Event will discuss and identify how minority groups can be best supported and how allies can help through their career journeys. By doing so, our intention is to create awareness about the current gaps in learning and help allies on how they can best support under represented populations. An external professional will be brought in to define allyship, discuss actions that are effective at advocating, and guide conversation for all members of collaborating clubs. A LinkedIn certificate of Allyship Training will be provided.
