An introductory case competition guiding participants through insight and reccomendation synthesis.
This event is aimed at cultivating innovative ideas on gender equity in workspaces to ultimately initiate conversations on gender diversity and inclusion. Also instill confidence in club members facing case competitions through guidance and mentorship
