Health and Wellness Association at Rotman brings yoga sessions for students, staff, and faculty. Join our qualified and dedicated Yoga professional for an invigorating & relaxing session to greet the beginning of a new week.
Our yoga class emphasize the links between body, breath and mind, with respect for individual differences. Participants will learn to use breath to explore a variety of poses and movements. Developing a personal practice helps to cultivate alignment, balance, flexibility and strength, leading to a sense of calm, energy and well-being.
