Six Sigma Certification
We’re working with the Optness Institute in collaboration with our friends at the Rotman Operations Management Association (ROMA) to bring you a Six Sigma Certification at the Green Belt level.
Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that utilizes analytics for process improvement in business. It emphasizes on statistics and data for operational efficiencies. At the Green Belt level, you will be capable of performing advanced analysis and can resolve problems that affect quality. Green belts lead projects and assist black belts with data collection and analysis. You can find more information on this program here.
The registration deadline for this program is October 20. The full investment is CAD $575. Also, the price may come down to $490 depending on how many registrations we get! The difference will be refunded if/when that happens. Payments should be done directly to BTA via Interac at bta@rotman.utoronto.ca.
The sessions will be conducted entirely online in the following dates:
- Oct 23rd – session 1 – 4 hrs (8 AM – Noon)
- Oct 24th – session 2 – 4 hrs (8 AM – Noon)
- Oct 30th – session 3 – 4 hrs (8 AM – Noon)
- Oct 31st – session 4 – 4 hrs (8 AM – Noon)
Certified Scrum Product Owner
A Scrum Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. That is, overseeing how the work is done may vary widely across organizations, Scrum Teams, and individuals. In this certification, you’ll learn the framework, principles, and values that make scrum work, plus key skills and tools you need to be effective. You can learn more about it from the Scrum Alliance’s website.
We’re working in collaboration with the Scrum Alliance for this program.
