1ST YEAR STUDENTS

Nike is looking to preview Rotman’s first year talent for internship opportunities next summer. While the Career Center will not be posting any official roles to RCareer, there will be a “posting” for the Career Centre to collect the resumes of 1st year students who are interested in working for Nike. Look for the posting and further instructions from the Career Centre today, Monday, October 1st!

Students with an interest in working in Portland, Oregon for the summer and who want to build their skills in either Corporate Finance, Merchandising or Brand Marketing, are invited to consider Nike, as well as students who are able to work and travel in the US next summer. Please note: Nike will help support any candidate that is a fit with the immigration process. That said, if you cannot work in the US due to your study permit restrictions, you are still welcome to attend the information session in preparation for full time roles in your graduating year.

Nike is a major publicly traded clothing, footwear, sportswear, and equipment supplier based in the United States. The brand alone is valued at $10.7 Billion making it the most valuable brand among sports businesses.

Nike seeks the exceptional, the motivated, and the innovative. Depending on your educational background, Nike offers real world opportunities ranging from product design, product development, finance, sports marketing, and logistics to facility management and human resources. Their internship programs vary by region, and as an intern, you’ll help to bring innovation and inspiration to every athlete in the world. To work at Nike, you don’t need to be an athlete, but you need to think like one. If the words passionate, competitive, and innovative are part of your regular vocabulary, then you’re in the right place.
