2012 MIT-Sloan Sales Case Competition

The MIT-Sloan Sales Club, invites the Rotman School of Management to its 2012 MIT-Sloan Sales Competition. This competition is an invitation-only individual and team event where students will need to do a case pitch to a panel of experts.  Use this opportunity to showcase your sales, marketing, and strategy talents.

The Competition is a unique opportunity for MBA students to win prestige, $10,000 in cash prizes, recruiting opportunities (intern and full time), and to network with fellow MBA students and professionals from around the world. The competition consists of a preliminary round case telephone pitch (5 minutes), and a final round in-person individual & team case pitch (15 minutes). The case pitches will test a competitor’s ability to build rapport, and persuasively present a business proposition. Each school will be invited to send their top 3 students to MIT Sloan in November to compete in the final round.

Year after year, the Rotman Photography Association offers to take your Corporate Head Shot as a service to our community.  The corporate headshot is a photo of only the subject’s head and shoulders, and is typically used to represent a professional image of a company’s executive. Your head shot can also be used for social media web sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and other sites where images are used for avatars.

 

This year, you may have your photo taken in either of two styles:

Style One: Uni-colour background, see samples here

Style Two: Colourful background with Rotman touch, see samples here

 

Charge: $10 for one style, necessary post-processing (after-shoot processing and photo-shop) included. Free for RPA members.
