In collaboration with Bain & Company and Bank of Montreal, The Letters at Rotman hosts its first-of-a-kind Diversity & Inclusion Case Competition. With participation from over 18 teams, this event showcases our community’s commitment to promoting diversity with new and creative ideas.

The event is a great opportunity to work on a real-world challenge around diversity and inclusion faced by one of the most recognizable names in the Canadian financial services industry. Additionally, this is also a great way to network with consultants from Bain and experts from BMO and get mentored by some of the top minds in the industry!
