STEPHANIE GOSSELIN

PRESIDENT

Stephanie is currently in her second year of the MBA program and serves as the President of the Healthcare Management Association. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto. With a diverse background spanning clinical research and pharmaceutical market access consulting, Stephanie is deeply committed to facilitating patient access to essential pharmaceutical products and healthcare services.

This summer, she completed an internship in marketing management at Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine working on developing marketing strategies, marketing materials, and sales forecasting. She is passionate about finding innovative ways of marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, optimizing systems, and building partnerships to create positive change.

Beyond work:
Stephanie enjoys volunteering with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as part of their marketing and communications committee to promote the advancement of women within the healthcare industry. In the past, she has also volunteered to empower diverse youth with health and wellness knowledge, underscoring her commitment to equitable access to healthcare. When she is not volunteering, you can find her training for her first half marathon!

JONATHAN COCKETT

VP, Engagement

Before joining Rotman, Jonathan completed his Chemical Engineering degree at Queen’s University. He has always had a strong interest in healthcare and biotech. Jonathan’s professional experience includes working with two start-ups in the healthcare and life science space. He sold laboratory equipment and reagents to researchers and biotech companies, and later worked with the film and television industry at a health tech company, ensuring safe operations during the pandemic. Currently, Jonathan is doing his internship at Impact Consulting Group.

Beyond work:
Jonathan loves playing sports like soccer, hockey, tennis, and golf. He cheers for Liverpool and the Maple Leafs and always naively thinks “football’s coming home” every international tournament. Jonathan is also passionate about learning Spanish and is dedicated to keeping his Duolingo streak intact throughout his second year at Rotman. Jonathan loves practicing with friends and traveling to Spanish-speaking countries.

Why HMA?
One of the reasons Jonathan was excited about coming to Rotman was the Sandra Rotman Centre for Healthcare Strategy. The Healthcare Management Association (HMA) serves as an amazing extension of that, hosting great events with inspiring professionals from all areas of healthcare. With healthcare being one of the largest industries in the world, there are so many exciting roles and opportunities for MBA students to pursue and make a difference in the Canadian healthcare system. Jonathan believes that the HMA Gala is an amazing way to start your year at Rotman!

MUHAMMAD TAHIR RAZA

VP, Education

Muhammad is an experienced Project Manager with a strong tech background. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive Certificate in Project Management. At vFairs, an event tech company, he served as Regional Head Projects and Head of Customer Support overseeing project portfolios across North and South America. His expertise includes stakeholder management, team leadership and strategic planning. Currently pursuing his MBA at Rotman, Muhammad is passionate about innovation in healthcare and aims to build his career at the intersection of healthcare and technololgy. This summer, he is working as an Administrative Resident in the Digital Health & Diagnostics team at Southlake Regional Health Centre.

Beyond work:
Muhammad is highly passionate about technology and travel. In his spare time, he is either out on a trip or glued to YouTube watching tech reviews.

YIFAN CAO

VP, Industry Relations

Yifan holds a Bachelor of Science from the McMaster University and a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. Through her experiences in the healthcare industry, she has honed her expertise in integrated care delivery, healthcare project management, and digital health strategy. In her current role as a strategy lead, she is creating a digital health strategy and managing various healthcare initiatives for her organization.

Yifan enjoys reading and walking Lambo (a.k.a. her dog)

SANCHAITA KOHLI

VP, Communications

Before the MBA, Sanchaita was a healthcare entrepreneur in India. She loved managing and growing her surgical practice that was geared towards reducing gaps in health equity. The challenges she met along the way fueled her passion towards solving different business problems to help curate socially responsible solutions. In future, she aspires to help promising ventures grow to create scalable impact and she hopes to do that across a variety of industries at BCG, where she will is interning this summer.

Beyond work:
Sanchaita enjoys writing, dance and soccer.

HENRY FORER

VP, Finance

Henry is a Biomedical Engineer focused on the development of novel solutions to complicated health problems. Working with teams from the lab bench to the board room.

Beyond work:
Henry is a drummer, reader, chef, and he enjoys a glass of wine with all of those hobbies.

BIDISHA SARKAR

VP, Education

Bidisha Sarkar is a full-time MBA candidate with a background in computer science and engineering. She has extensive experience in strategic consulting, product management, and data analysis. Bidisha is interning with startups in AI healthcare, neurotechnology, and healthcare CRM as a business and strategy consultant. She also designed a custom GPT model for real estate due diligence. Her achievements include being a runner-up in multiple case competitions. She is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance healthcare experiences.

Bidisha enjoys gaming and baking.

CAMILO FUENTES

VP, Operations

Camilo has been working in the Healthcare industry for almost 6 years back in Chile where he spearheaded several advanced analytics initiatives across several different departments. He strongly believes in the impact that thoughtful management through data can have in the Healthcare industry not only to upscale capabilities but also finding new ways to innovate. He is currently interning at BMO as a strategy analyst where he has been able not only to learn about a new industry but also put in practice some high-level tools that he gained during the program.

Beyond work:
Camilo is a huge geek: He likes playing videogames, reading, random YouTube videos, and art. He also likes swimming and trying new food!
