We are excited to share an important system change that is being implemented at Rotman. A new Student Success Portal is being used for managing multiple aspects of the student experience.

What This Means for You

The Student Success Portal is a one-stop shop that will allow you to connect with your student experience team to request appointments related to academic advising, accommodations, wellness, financial aid, and experiential learning.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on the RO website, you will also be able to submit your inquiries directly to us through the Portal.

Access to the Student Success Portal

You can bookmark and use this link to access the Student Success Portal. Alternatively, you can access it under the “Student Tools” card on the Rotman HUB.

Accommodation Tool

The Accommodation Tool is a new and improved way to request academic accommodations for deliverables and exams. Students are advised to read the Academic Accommodations Policy before submitting a request, as it forms an integral part of this application.

Please note that Full-Time and Morning and Evening MBA students will be required to fill out and submit a Verification of Student Illness or Injury Form along with accommodation requests for final examinations. More information can be found in the Academic Accommodations Policy.

Please use this new accommodation tool to submit any accommodation requests moving forward to ensure they are processed in a timely manner as we phase out the old academic accommodation form.

Current Resources

As we transition to this new system, some areas of the Student Success Portal will not be available until a later date. Online forms will be available on the Portal in the coming weeks, but until then, please use the current resources we have in place.

Online forms can be found here, and can be submitted to the Registrar’s Office. These forms include course-related forms, finance-related forms, and School of Graduate Studies (SGS) forms.
