General Information

Rotman offers students opportunities to enhance their educational experience and go beyond the classroom. Full-Time and Morning/Evening MBA students may select from a wide variety of global and experiential learning opportunities to take their future employability to the next level.

These additional learning opportunities involve courses that allow students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world environments by providing hands-on experience.

Our international opportunities with more than 20 partners will allow students to immerse themselves in another culture. Students will learn from new perspectives and gain valuable intercultural communication skills.

Students will learn all the aspects required to drive the internationalization process of a firm. The program consists of three parts:

  2. Practical training and working with companies on their internationalization process (GCP, previously ISP)
  3. Accompany a Canadian company abroad on a government-sponsored trade mission, with financial support (GP, previously GCP)

Students that participate in the Global Manager Initiative by completing the steps 1-3 are eligible to become an Institute for International Business Fellowship holder.
