Target Audience

C-Suite introduces students to the practice of deep learning about the challenges of leading through opportunities for engagement with leaders across diverse organizational cultures and industries.

This course allows students to deepen their understanding of self and to develop skills that extend impact to others. Students who are interested in iteration and innovation in real time will move beyond theories of leadership and come away with a toolkit that enables sustained and meaningful engagement as leaders in their current and future roles. Students will also have the opportunity to apply their learnings by crafting a leadership portfolio that is personalized to their aspirations.

Format

This offering builds on my core pedagogical approach of enabling comprehension, extension and application of key models, frames, and experiences. These are gleaned from engaging with CEO’s and board chairs who are guest speakers throughout the course, as well as through deep introspection that is driven through the assignments on a weekly basis.

Course Mission and Scope

By taking an integrative approach, this course explores a key question: What can leaders do to direct their organizations to be fearless in seizing opportunities by enabling a culture wherein various forms of talent can find meaningful engagement?

Through this course, participants will finesse their leadership stance and add depth to their toolkit. This entails gaining a firm understanding of the instincts that motivate them, frameworks for decision making that inform how they transition through many different roles, and the range of tools they rely upon for enabling innovation.
