Rocca Morra
Executive Coach – Careers & Leadership, Executive MBA Program
Rocca Morra is the Executive Coach for Career Advancement and Leadership Development, dedicated to the Executive MBA Program. Her focus is on coaching and preparing senior leaders for their next career move. Previously, she worked as a senior Human Resources professional for large organizations: Leadership Development Manager at Manulife Financial; HR Business Partner at Sears Canada; and Head of Human Resources for Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada.
Rocca is a certified executive coach, a career strategist, and an experienced facilitator and speaker in the Leadership & Team Development space. She leads the Rotman Leadership 360 and Birkman Method assessment process and coaches the Executive MBAs on their personal Leadership Development Plan and the transformational changes they are striving for both professionally and personally. Recently, she co-authored “A Workbook for Understanding Gender at Work – Build a Thriving Career”.
Katie Armstrong
Executive Coach – Careers & Leadership, Global Executive MBA Program
Katie works with Rotman’s Global Executive MBA students, providing individual leadership coaching and career support to assist students in the advancement of their careers and development of their leadership and management capabilities. Katie also supports the Leadership Development Program by providing 1:1 coaching on each student’s individual Leadership Development Plan, using the Rotman developed 360′ Leadership Assessment as a tool to uncover themes and possible avenues for growth.
Katie is herself an MBA graduate from Rotman and also has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Katie’s work experience spans over 25 years in a variety of roles, including 10 years in management consulting. Katie has worked for investment, health insurance, banking, and consulting companies in progressively senior roles in project management, operations, general management, customer strategy, and brand strategy.
