Executive Coach – Careers & Leadership, Executive MBA Program

 

Rocca Morra is the Executive Coach for Career Advancement and Leadership Development, dedicated to the Executive MBA Program. Her focus is on coaching and preparing senior leaders for their next career move.  Previously, she worked as a senior Human Resources professional for large organizations: Leadership Development Manager at Manulife Financial; HR Business Partner at Sears Canada; and Head of Human Resources for Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada.

 

Rocca is a certified executive coach, a career strategist, and an experienced facilitator and speaker in the Leadership & Team Development space. She leads the Rotman Leadership 360 and Birkman Method assessment process and coaches the Executive MBAs on their personal Leadership Development Plan and the transformational changes they are striving for both professionally and personally.
